Helpful Notes for Guests

Please allow extra travel time to arrive by 3:00 PM sharp. Any guest arriving after 3:40 PM will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the ceremony has concluded. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time to avoid disruption.

Late arrivals will be required to wait until the ceremony has ended

The ceremony will be held outdoors, so appropriate footwear is recommended

Smart Attire:

Guests are kindly asked not to wear any shades of white, champagne, or pink.

Please dress appropriately for a formal wedding celebration.

As the ceremony will take place on grass, guests are advised to wear low platform heels, wedges, or flat footwear for comfort and ease.

A buffet-style meal will be provided for all guests.

There will be an open bar available until the allocated tab limit has been reached. After this point, guests may purchase their own drinks from the bar provided at the venue.

Ceremony Seating
There will be no assigned seating during the ceremony. Guests attending with children are required to sit on the outer aisle to minimise disruption.

Reception Seating
A seating plan will be displayed at the reception. All guests will have an assigned table, and we kindly ask that this arrangement is respected.
